The Role
• Deliver comprehensive Primary Health Care (PHC) in remote community clinics
• Provide care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities with a strong focus on culturally safe practice
• Respond to emergency presentations and coordinate retrievals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and local health services
• Manage a broad scope of practice including acute care, chronic disease, and health promotion

Requirements

What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking confident, adaptable clinicians who thrive in remote settings and value autonomy.

Essential Skills & Experience:
• Demonstrated experience as a Remote Area Nurse (RAN)
• Previous experience in rural and remote settings (NT experience highly regarded)
• Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
• Remote Area Nurse qualifications: REC, MEC, Immunisation, Pharmacotherapeutics
• Strong clinical decision-making and ability to work independently
