Paul Chiswick – General Manager
Paul holds an MBA from UNSW and brings over 25 years of global leadership experience to the business. He has deep expertise in talent acquisition, contingent workforce management, and HR outsourcing. Since 2011, he has helped grow national nursing, home care, and industrial agency services.
Paul’s strengths include contract management, client service, candidate care, and Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S). His focus on strategy helps the business meet complex workforce needs and stay competitive in a dynamic labour market.

Kate Gormley - National Manager Strategic Sourcing
Kate is a respected leader in healthcare recruitment with over 22 years experience in the sector. She plays a key role in identifying workforce needs and aligning talent supply with client goals across public and private health sectors. Kate has built strong partnerships with hospitals, government departments, and international sourcing networks to support high-demand staffing areas.
She also leads the development of candidate pipelines - both locally and offshore - ensuring a steady, qualified workforce to meet client staffing requirements.

Lisa Alizzi – National Client Services Manager
Lisa brings over 17 years of experience in the nursing sector, with a strong focus on operations and client services. She spent eight years managing operations in Victoria before moving into her current national role.
Lisa has strong expertise in managing large government and private contracts and is focused on building trusted relationships with healthcare clients and facilities.
As National Client Services Manager, she leads our strategic direction and operations nationwide, driving growth and innovation in a competitive market.

Jeremy Alexander – Business Operations Manager
Jeremy brings over 21 years of recruitment experience, including more than 16 years in the healthcare sector. With a career built on driving operational excellence, he has a strong track record in transforming systems and processes to deliver measurable improvements across the business.
As National Business Operations Manager, Jeremy oversees key functions across our rural and remote nursing services. He partners with teams nationwide to strengthen compliance, service delivery, and financial outcomes. Known for his collaborative approach, Jeremy empowers staff to embrace innovation and adopt best practice - ensuring we remains agile, efficient, and client-focused.

Courtney Laffin – National Clinical Education and Quality Manager
Courtney is an experienced nursing professional with over 20 years in clinical and educational roles across hospitals and registered training organisations. In her role she leads the education and professional development of our regional, rural and remote on-hire staff - ensuring they maintain best practice and meet national healthcare standards (NSQHS/ACQS).
Courtney drives quality improvement initiatives, manages clinical governance processes, and supports staff to deliver safe, high-quality care. Her expertise in training, compliance, and incident management strengthens workforce capability and underpins our commitment to excellence and continuous learning.

Danny Moran - Regional Operations Manager
Danny Moran brings over 20 years of personnel and business management experience across diverse industries in Australia and the UK. As Regional Operations Manager, Danny oversees service delivery, compliance, and operational performance across Queensland, ensuring clients and candidates receive the highest standards of support. He is a results-oriented leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, accomplished in guiding teams at both State and National levels.
Danny takes a strategic yet people-focused approach to empowering teams and strengthening frontline capability to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.

Brittany Eden - Business Operations Lead
Brittany joined us in 2017 as an operations trainee and has since built a diverse career within the rural and remote business. Over the years, she’s taken on a variety of roles, including leading the Corporate Health division for five years. Now, as Business Operations Lead, Brittany works closely with the candidate services teams - supporting everything from enquiries and onboarding to nurse compliance.
She’s passionate about refining processes and driving projects that make the business smarter and more efficient, all while ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and nurses.

Leah Barba - Client Services Lead
Leah plays a key role in keeping recruitment and client relationships running smoothly across the business, making sure everything stays on track and clients feel supported. With a background in executive support and recruitment consulting, she’s all about building strong partnerships and matching the right candidate with the facility.
Leah’s friendly, people-first style means clients and candidates always feel supported. She’s passionate about quality, clear communication, and making a real difference for rural and remote communities.

Amber Janz - Recruitment Team Leader
Amber has been a valued team member since 2017. Starting in administration, she broadened her expertise by working across nearly every area of the business, gaining deep insights into our nursing workforce and the unique needs of regional, rural, and remote clients. Passionate about improving healthcare in Australia’s regions, Amber champions deploying skilled nursing professionals to these communities.
Her focus is on creating the right match between nurses and placements - delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and rewarding experiences for nurses.
