About the role
As a Registered Midwife, you will provide comprehensive care throughout the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal stages. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, often in environments that require strong clinical judgement and a high level of autonomy.
Key responsibilities
•Provide comprehensive midwifery care across the maternity journey
•Support women and families through pregnancy, birth and postnatal care
•Conduct clinical assessments and manage labour and birth
•Ability to work in multi-disciplinary team environment
•Maintain accurate clinical documentation
•Promote culturally safe and woman-centred care

Requirements
• Current AHPRA registration as a Midwife
• Recent experience across antenatal, birthing and postnatal care
• Neonatal resuscitation (or willingness to obtain)
• FSEP and OFSEP (or willingness to obtain)
• PROMPT (or willingness to obtain
• Ability to work autonomously in rural settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
