About the role
As an Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering holistic, person-centred clinical care to older residents. Working closely with care teams, you will support residents health and wellbeing while ensuring care is delivered safely, respectfully and in line with current aged care standards and clinical governance requirements.

Key responsibilities
· Deliver person-centred nursing care to aged care residents
· Conduct assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
· Administer medications and manage chronic conditions
. Wound Care
· Provide leadership and clinical guidance to care staff
· Liaise with families, GPs and allied health professionals
· Respond to clinical incidents and deteriorating residents

Requirements

· Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
· Minimum 1–2 years’ aged care experience
· Strong medication management and clinical assessment skills
. Experience with Wound Care
· Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
· Compassionate, resident-focused approach
