About the role
Alliance Rural & Remote Health is recruiting Mental Health Community Nurses to deliver assessment, treatment and support to individuals living in rural and remote communities.
Key responsibilities
•Conduct mental health assessments and risk management
•Deliver therapeutic interventions and care coordination
•Support clients with complex mental health needs
•Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
•Engage with families, carers and community services
•Maintain accurate clinical records
Essential criteria
•Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
•Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent experience)
•Experience in Community Mental Health
•Strong risk assessment and crisis intervention skills
•Ability to work autonomously
•Sunrise EMR advantageous

Requirements
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
