About Our Roles
Alliance Rural & Remote is seeking skilled Registered Midwives to step into rewarding placements across a wide variety of rural and remote WA health sites. Opportunities are available across wards, as well as group practice and caseload midwifery models. Contracts are ranging from 2 to 12 weeks and we have consistent demand year round.
These roles suit professionals who thrive in dynamic, varied settings and value the unique professional fulfilment that comes with delivering care in regional communities. Whether supporting women through continuity of care models or working within ward based maternity teams, these placements offer genuine variety and impact.
About You
•AHPRA registered Registered Midwife
•Dual registration highly desirable
•Demonstrated recent midwifery experience - minimum 2 years post grad
•Confident working across Antenatal, Postnatal and Birthing
•SCN and NICU experience in highly desirable
•Strong clinical judgement and communication
•Ability to step into new environments with ease
Mandatory Requirements
•Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
•National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
•Current FSEP and Neonatal resuscitation
•Completion of mandatory training relevant to midwifery
•Full Australian working rights
