OUR EMPLOYEMNT REQUIREMENTS.
Please ensure you meet the minimum employment requirements set out below:
Enrolled Nurses
A Diploma of Nursing and a minimum of 2 years post-grad Enrolled Nurse experience.
Registered Nurses
Hospital trained or a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years post-grad RN experience (this should include at least 600 hours in a hospital setting in order to work in hospitals).
Assistant in Nursing or Nursing Assistant

Student Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
Unfortunately, CQ Nurse are unable to place Student Nurses, as the rural and remote environment is not appropriate for Student Nurses. So while you can’t work for CQ Nurse now, once you have 2 years post grad nursing experience and hold a diploma level qualification, we’d love to hear from you!
